The best way to satisfy a costumer is quality. To fulfill and improve, in the age of globalization and international connection, own quality requests and the customers, a reliable management system is essential. We use Quality Management System, and we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, since 2007.

So, for HARCO DIE & MOLD MANUFACTURE, quality control is one of most important stages during a die or mold manufacture process. From initial order placement through to the delivery of a die or mold, our work is carried out extremely carefully and in compliance with quality criteria on every project. During the most of the production cycle, we make inspections and tests to the die tool or mold components, so as when it is ready for assembly avoid problems. We use modern measuring equipment, from Mitutoyo, like hardness tester, linear measuring device, and roughness tester.
